MAKING A PURCHASE

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.

Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to information contained on the customer order following fulfillment will be made at the discretion of UK Decay Communities
We exclusively utilise the services of Paypal for payments. Paypal can handle payments by most credit or debit cards. We cannot be held responsible for the jurisdiction of Paypal. the customer understands that whilst logged in to Paypal that they are subject to the terms and conditions thereof.
If the customer mistakenly orders the wrong product or cancels the order, the Paypal remittance for the refund will be payable by the customer.
Payment via PayPal uses Paypal.com’s own secure payment processing systems.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The majority of orders are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days. Some orders can take up to 21 days. In the event of stock shortages, UK Decay Communities will contact the customer via e-mail and either offer one of three options.
1. Offer an alternative
2. Cancel order with full refund
3. Place on backorder
All goods are sent by UK Decay Communities SECOND CLASS POST via Royal Mail unless otherwise requested at an extra cost to the customer. If UK Decay Communities uses a third party company to deliver goods, UK Decay Communities will use the most competitive postal service that party can offer unless otherwise requested at an extra cost to the customer. We cannot be held responsible in any way for failed delivery by Royal Mail or our partners Postal or Shipping service.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

PRIVACY POLICY

When making purchases, UK Decay Communities will need to collect certain private data in order to expediate transactions and delivery. This information could include such information as personal identification information, name, email address, phone number, etc.

UK Decay Communities do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

UK Decay Communities will keep any of your data we collect for one year. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data at our server end.

RETURNS POLICY

Goods can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be returned in good condition write to werewolf@ukdecay.co.uk for further information

Please leave a note with the returned goods explaining the reason they are being returned and what you would like us to do.
In the event that any replacement items are requested and UK Decay Communities are not responsible for the initial mistake, then further postage charges will be incurred.
In the event of faulty goods being received, UK Decay Communities will send you replacement goods if requested and cover all costs involved.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Directive.
